Situated on the ground floor of historic Customs House, Quay Bay fuses a Parisian style with Sydney warmth.  The inside bar and bistro area, with its black marbled bar and large elegant mirrors offers a sense of Paris by the Quay. The expansive outdoor area, set on the forecourt of Customs House, is totally Sydney: sleek, relaxed and open.

An upmarket city crowd has been drawn to Quay Bar’s beautiful setting, where they can enjoy lunch, an after work champagne or an elegant dinner.  The international wine list matches a French Bistro with classic dishes such as duck confit, nicoise salad and French Onion Soup.  A range of boutique Australian beers are also available.

The unique location means this elegant bar is also popular with tourists, drawn by the glamour and grandeur of Customs House, built in 1845, and said to be the site where the local Eora people watched the First Fleet land.
