For Mental Health Awareness Month this October, we are hosting a series of events, workshops and seminars to encourage everyone to take a break to increase awareness and promote mental health and wellbeing.

 

With our partners, we are hosting a series of events focusing on burnout prevention, stretch and breathing techniques, taking a break to build meaningful connections with our teams and learning about Solotel EAP and The Resilience Box.

 

The series of events are being held throughout the day, so feel free to choose the events you want to take part in or just take a pause and get to know the broader Solotel teams whilst enjoying an array of juices and light refreshments.

11:00am: Stretch & Slow Pilates session (30mins) in Canopy Bar – All levels welcome
 
12:15pm: Workshop: Understanding what your core character strengths are and what is Solotel EAP from our partners at The Centre for Corporate Health in Sunset Bar
 
1:30pm:
Meditation and grounding techniques in Sunrise Bar (30mins) - All levels welcome
 
2:15pm: Stretch & slow Pilates session (30mins) in Canopy Bar – All levels welcome

4:15pm: Meditation and grounding techniques in Sunrise Bar (30mins) - All levels welcome
