Savour Sydney is a one-day celebration of Australian food, drink, and native ingredients, coming to Opera Bar on Saturday 3 May 2025. Curated by Matt Moran, the festival will feature pop-up food stalls from Aria, Chiswick, Rekōdo and North Bondi Fish, drinks from some of NSW’s best bars, live music, and a special partnership with IndigiGrow to hero native Australian ingredients across the menus.
