SOLOTEL RESPECT LINE
The safety and wellbeing of our staff is our priority, and to further strengthen the support mechanisms we have in place we are introducing a new service – the Solotel Respect Line.
This service is available for staff who have ever experienced sexual assault and harassment trauma receive the right support from specialist consultants. This service is provided in conjunction with our Well Being Provider CFCH, which provides support to staff that have experienced sexual assault and harassment trauma, and as an addition to the EAP Services already offered.
This service is now available to staff and can be accessed using the following steps:
- Solotel employees call through on the usual number: 1800 959 956 and mention the code "SOLOTEL RESPECT"
- The employee will immediately be connected with a senior triage consultant for an initial triage call (gathering of name, address, contact details, etc)
- Following the triage call, the employee will be matched with a Specialist CFCH Consultant and booked in for a first appointment. The Specialist CFCH Consultant is experienced in supporting those who have experienced sexual assault/trauma and trained in trauma informed approaches
- For any employees calling through in high distress and/or at risk, an urgent phone session will be offered immediately
