A 10-DAY ROSÉ FESTIVAL IS POPPING UP AT OPERA BAR THIS SPRING

Rose-coloured glasses at the ready - Sydney’s harbourside Opera Bar is set to transform into a rosé utopia with the 2024 return of the Rosé All Day Festival from 6 – 15 September. The pink-hued celebration includes rosé wines, frozen rosé margs, and even rosé-themed snacks.

Perfectly timed to coincide with spring sunshine and set against a backdrop of Sydney’s glistening harbour, your ticket to Rosé All Day includes a choice of any three drinks from the rosé menu. Will you be swilling still or sparkling rosé vinos or sipping rosé cocktails like the frozen rosé and honey margarita; rosé rebellion (Campari, sweet vermouth, sparkling rosé, and coconut water); and spring kiss (rosé, Aperol, St Germain, raspberry liqueur, topped with soda). Of course, it wouldn’t be a rosé event without the eternally popular frosé and a rosé spritz on offer. Bottles of Moet & Chandon Rose Champagne will also be available for $99 each.

Staying in theme, there are several snack items with a pink-hue too – think Sydney Rock oysters with a rosé mignonette; tuna tartare on prawn crackers with finger lime; and strawberries and cream pavlova. Opera Bar’s full menu will also be available to order during the festival.
