We are excited to be launching our Hospitality Leadership Training program kicking off in March 2024.
 

The accredited, 12-month course aims to fast track our casual staff through real life experience and training, ultimately providing you with a Certificate IV in Business.
 

From team management to leadership styles, managing budgets to operations – come and learn everything there is to know about being a front of house manager.
 

At the end of the 12 months, you will be guaranteed a full-time role at Solotel, equipped with all the skills to be an Assistant Manager, Duty Manager, and even a General Manager!

Criteria & Obligations
 

This course requires the trainee to commit to completing the 12-month program. The trainee will need to commit to attend face-to-face lessons as well as completing all tasks, projects and work experience outlined by the facilitator. The program modules will be set across the 12-month program and the trainee is required to attend and complete each scheduled module to successfully complete the accredited course.
 

  • Live & work in NSW
  • Commitment to attend monthly face-to-face and/or online lessons across the 12-month course
  • Completion of all online course modules allocated to the trainee
  • Attending and completing all work experience with head office and/or venues
  • Completing the project module of the course on time. Report and present the project at the end of the course
  • Completing any work or tasks post lessons which are allocated to the trainee by the facilitator
