I'm locked out of my account, what do I do?

Please reach out to either cheyanne.singh@solotel.com.au, abbie.gray@solotel.com.au or hannah.costigan@solotel.com.au and they will reset your password for you.

How do I redeem my 50% discount?

In order to redeem your 50% discount, you must have completed 100% of your compulsory Allara Compliance Training. Once you have completed your training, you will be able to access the 50% staff discount. 
Head to the ‘My Discounts & Offers’ tile. Your 50% discount lives under the ‘Offers’ heading. Select the 50% staff discount tile and you will be brought to a page with your unique barcode. The staff will then scan your barcode to apply your 50% discount.

Can I access my 50% discount if I haven't completed all my training?

No, you must complete 100% of your compulsory Allara Compliance Training in order to access your 50% discount on food and beverage across Solotel venues from Sunday to Thursday.

How do I update my personal details?

Go to the 'My Details' tab, click on ‘Update My Details’ and this will take you to Flare where you can update your personal information.

Where can I see all the Solotel perks?

Go to the My Benefits tile and select ‘See Our Perks’ this will take you to the Solotel Perks website page where you can view all the benefits available to you as a Solotel employee.

How do I use my Experience Card?

If you have an Experience Card, this is accessible via the ‘My Discounts & Offers’ tile. In here you will see your digital Experience Card. Select the card and it will show your unique barcode which will be scanned at the bar of any venue.

How do I download my payslip?

Go to the ‘My Payslip’ tile in app, click on ‘My Payslips’ and you will be prompted to enter your 4 digit pin that you set up when you first downloaded the app. Here you will be able to view all your payslips, download and save as a PDF.

How do I find my employee ID number?

Your employee ID is your Tanda ID. You can find this number in the welcome onboard email to Tanda. You can also find this number in the top right hand corner of your payslip.
