All employees across each venue vote for who they think are the top performers against the 4 categories: Guest Experience, The Business Driver, Employee of the Quarter, Culture Champion. The General Manager of the quarter is a separate award which is voted by Business Managers & Exec team.

Anyone on performance management plans cannot be eligible for any awards.
