On Sun 17 Sept from 10am-3pm we held our very first Spring Markets. It was a unique opportunity for market goers to meet Matt Moran, our five chefs, our producers, suppliers, and farmers.

There were baked goods, ready-to-eat bites from our chefs at Aria, Chiswick, Chophouse, and North Bondi Fish, and produce from our beloved suppliers and producers. Guests enjoyed refreshing cocktails from Opera Bar, sipped on Chandon Garden Spritzes and coffee from Single O and listened to live music on the lawn as they soaked up the sun.

Our very own Chiswick gardener Pete was also there selling his honey and sharing his gardening tips and tricks.
