Why am I receiving a new employment contract?
As part of our transition from FlareHR to Tanda, we are issuing new employment contracts to ensure all employee information is correct and up to date in the new system. This helps us maintain accurate records and streamline future payroll and HR processes.
Does this mean my employment terms are changing?
No. All current and existing terms and conditions from your existing contract remain in place. The new document simply aligns your employment details with Tanda’s system requirements.
Will I start a new probationary period?
No. Your existing service and employment status remain unchanged. There is no new probationary period.
Has my salary changed?
Your salary in the new contract reflects your current pay rate, including any increases applied in the most recent financial year. This ensures your contract accurately reflects your up-to-date remuneration.
What is the purpose of this change?
We are aligning all employee records with the new Tanda integration to create consistency across the group. This ensures a smoother, more efficient experience for payroll, rostering, and HR processes moving forward.
Do I need to take any action?
